How might we be able to help?
People come to us seeking help for a variety of reasons. They might be feeling depressed, suffering from anxiety, have experienced a bereavement or loss, be troubled in a relationship, or they may be seeking to relieve work-related problems and stress.
Psychotherapy and counselling can also provide effective help for those struggling with eating disorders or panic attacks, or those who have experienced childhood events such as abuse or trauma.
For some, however, the reasons might be less clear - lack of confidence and loss of direction and meaning, or perhaps only a vague sense of there being something wrong. They might be faced with a difficult life decision and be confused about the issues involved. Therapy can help identify areas of conflict and these can be usefully explored before crisis point is reached.
Members of the Practice have experience working in all these areas.
or one of the other ways described in the panel. There is a fixed fee for the initial meeting, and if you decide to enter therapy at that stage you will be able to negotiate a regular fee with your therapist.
Therapy and counselling are completely confidential.
